Welcome to our website. We are Dr. Marcia Herrin, founder of the Dartmouth College Eating Disorders Prevention, Education and Treatment Program and fellow of the Academy of Eating Disorders and Nancy Matsumoto, a writer and editor who specializes in the areas of health, food, arts and culture. This site will introduce you to our book, The Parent’s Guide to Eating Disorders: Supporting Self-Esteem, Healthy Eating & Positive Body Image at Home, as well as Marcia’s new book for professionals, Nutrition Counseling in the Treatment of Eating Disorders, and to our blog, “Eating Disorders News.”
